Thank you, not required any premium renewal fee.Without an "s" at the end it would obviously be a category killer. The "s" at the end still make the domain usable, but nothing too special. I see two obvious end users and the domain is definitely brandable.
I think a lot is going to come down to the renewal fee - what is it? If it is not a premium fee then likely you could sell the domain on the reseller market for low $xxx and to an end user for low $x,xxx. If the renewal fee is high, that's going to have a large impact on the domain's value.
