Mitsu saga - Registry.in loose my domain names

I had domains with Mitsu. When the issue was recently resolved I sought to move my domains to another registrar - I then discovered Regisrty.in/Nixi did not return domain names, these appeared to be domain names I renewed about the time of the action on Mitsu in October 2017 or after the action and before InRegistry advised registrants not to renew via Mitsu.

I have been back and forth with InRegisrty and Nixi and they have been unhelpful. They asked me for invoices and I provided them. They then came back to me and said domains have been registered by other people there is nothing they can do.

you contacted Mitsu or not ? What they says ? They can provide you with the invoices.

Invoices were available within mitsu account, I provided them to InRegistry/nixi.
