Amazon is only allowing login to amazon account through smartphone since April 2021 and I do not use a smartphone with my main mobile number. The telecom company has also blocked internet access to my main mobile number. I cancelled all subscriptions contacting amazon customer support on phone approximately 6 months ago, yet they are still sending items and asking for payment. What is the best way to block the amazon subscription?
